At AADA, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes circumstances may require a return, and we are here to assist you through the process. Please review our return policy below:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products, except in cases of damage or incorrect items sent. Please ensure that you thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery.

We will gladly accept returns if the product is damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was sent. Please note you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aada-beauty.com with your order details, including the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
